  1. What is ArmyFocus?

    ArmyFocus is an online database maintaining Army Correspondence Course Program information in an effort to produce easier to use study material for U.S. Army Soldiers.

    These ACCP courses provide questions and answers found on the ACCP exams.

  2. How do I find my course? What Courses are available?

    First, view our Course List to see if your course is available, or to see details on all courses:

    From this page, you can view Complete ACCP course list, view all Available Courses on ArmyFocus, or see which courses you may submit for free membership!

  3. How do I use ArmyFocus?

    To locate your course questions and answers, log into your ArmyFocus account and select the STUDY option from the top menu. Use the filter to locate your course,select the course, then scroll to the bottom of the page to select the edition you require. This will open a new questions window (ensure you do not have a pop-up blocker activated).

    In the questions window, double-click a question to view the answer. As you proceed through the test, move the answers to the bottom "answered" box using the arrow buttons. This will remove questions from the top box, making your search for questions easier as you proceed through your exam.

    When you have completed your exam, you may be notified by the ACCP website of any incorrect answers. You may place these numbers in the small box located blow the "Answered" box, and place your overall score in the final box (Example: for a final score of 94%, you would enter 94). These final steps help us ensure the accuracy of our exams, and correct answers as we locate the errors. This ensures our members have the most accurate information available!

  4. How do I get my course added to your list, and get free credit?

    Submitting a course is simple! Just review our Course List Index above for courses you may submit.

    Complete any of these courses on the ACCP website, and save your page before you submit it. ("File" then "Save Page As" from the Menu Bar on most browsers). Open this saved page from your saved location to ensure all the questions and answers are available, then if complete, email it to us using our Feedback Form Your registered account will be activated within a few days!

  5. Why aren't my previous courses submitted available?

    ArmyFocus manually processes all submissions. Additionally, ArmyFocus guidelines require us to have multiple forms of the same course before uploading to our site. This ensures we have additional documentation to use for comparison should a course be reported as having a failing grade.

  6. I have been getting logged out due to an IP address issue, Why?

    ArmyFocus utilizes numerous security features. One of these features is similar to Yahoo's Messenger, which limits access to a single computer by each username. If you are logged into ArmyFocus, and receive an IP error, it is likely that someone else has logged into your account from another computer. We would recommend in this situation that you immediately log back in, and change your password.

  7. How do I join the Army?

    ArmyFocus has no affiliation with any form of military recruiting. If you are interested in becoming a soldier, we recommend visiting GoArmy.com.

  8. I found a course that failed! What do I do?

    Please contact us immediately, noting the Course ID, Edition, and final score received. ArmyFocus will do everything possible to repair the course, or have the course removed from our site.

  9. Can I search for entire courses or individual courses?

    At this time, ArmyFocus has subcourses available for searches. We do not yet have a database built to allow members to search subcourses by the main course ID, but this option will be available this summer.

  10. How do the membership payments work?

    All membership payments (except Monthly) are single payments. ArmyFocus does not rebill for 3, 6, or 12 month memberships. You may re-new your account by submitting free courses, or selecting "Make Payment" when logged into your account.

    ArmyFocus uses PayPal for credit card processing. This ensures your information is maintained by a professional financial organization. You do not have to create a PayPal account to complete a transaction.

  11. What if I don't want to continue my membership?

    We often have members who Max out their courses in no time at all. All membership accounts will expire on the original date, determined by payment method. Although not recommended, If you choose to provide your log-in information to others, we highly recommed changing your password to something unique that will not allow them access to any other sites you visit.

  12. How Do I unsubscribe?

    All subscription information is received by PayPal during creating of the membership. Shortly paying for membership, you will receive a receipt from PayPal, which will also include information on how to unsubscribe through PayPal.

  13. What do I do if I still have questions?
